Testosterone is a
naturally occurring hormone which plays a vital role in both men and women. It
is the predominant male sex hormone and also plays a significant role in
optimizing sought-after traits which include high muscle mass, higher energy
levels, increased libido and better insulin management. Testosterone has got a
bad name in recent years. Most people associate it with stuff which is
considered as bad such as steroids, anger, aggressive nature, violence and even
general acts. If you are experiencing symptoms like decreased sex drive,
depressed mood, erectile dysfunction and difficulties with concentration and
memory, then it is a sign of low testosterone.
Testosterone is the core of what makes men, men. And with each generation, and with each decade, men are producing lower and lower levels of this powerful hormone. The cause for low testosterone are not singular, but with the reduction of fat consumption, increasingly inactive population, and an environment not conductive to high testosterone levels.

By increasing levels of testosterone, you will not only increase your body’s ability to gain
lean but also your ability to live a healthier and more energetic life by both
physically and mentally.
Ways to naturally
increase your testosterone levels.
Consume more fat-
Fats naturally raise testosterone levels in men. Testosterone is produced in
the testes by converting cholesterol in to testosterone. Eat more fat sources
that are natural like eggs, fish, fruits, red meats and nuts.
Get more sleep-
A loss of morning erections or loss of sexual
desire in the morning could be a sign that your testosterone is
decreasing so you need to sleep at least 6-8 hours every night because while
sleep your body produces the most testosterone and the better you sleep, the
more testosterone your body will produce.

Stress less- When you get stressed out, your body releases a stress hormone called cortisol which shuts down testosterone production. You need to stop worrying about the little things, control your temper and being more positive can reduce your stress levels and increase Testosterone levels.
Loose body fat-
The more overweight you are, the higher estrogen levels will be because body
fats contains an enzyme which converts your manly testosterone to womanly
estrogen which makes your testosterone level drop, so focus on losing 1 to 3
pounds of fat a week so that you testosterone level increase.
Get more zinc-
zinc is very important for the production of natural testosterone because Zinc
prevents testosterone from being converted into estrogen. Zinc itself turns
estrogen into testosterone and zinc helps to produce healthier sperm and higher
sperm count. So you should eat foods which are high in zinc like oysters, sea
food, nuts and seeds etc.
Eat lots of vegetables- You should eat vegetables, especially cruciferous
vegetables like cauliflower and cabbage. Cruciferous vegetables contain indoles
which are shown to remove the bad estrogens from our body. These vegetables
promote a lean body and also health ad both of them indirectly help with
testosterone levels.
